Founded in 1993, The OpenSource Group have built up an excellent reputation in providing high level consultants to projects globally, where the Group will project manage such resources on behalf of our clients. We have over 2800 consultants available to our clients. Due to our emphasis and concentration in SAP we are able to provide broad selections of alternate SAP skills under contract, consultancy basis and/or on a permanent basis.

The OpenSource Group has built an extensive database of skills that are available for short or long term contracts as well as permanent positions. The consultants available from our Group are mostly South African, however we have business alliances with groups in the UK, UAE and USA based companies for resources and professional services.

MICHELLE VIRET- Managing Director (IMM)

Michelle pursued a successful sales and marketing career with three major computer suppliers prior to founding OpenSource in 1993. Michelle is Managing Director of the Group and is responsible for strategy and front line negotiations. Her 30 years of IT background includes solution sales of Open Systems Hardware, RDBMS, Applications, various Internet working topologies and downsizing and Integrating Mainframe environments to Open Systems Platforms and now specialising in the SAP market.

What makes her tick? Her extraordinary skill of evaluating people. Her constant effort to provide good value to companies through what she terms 'value addition via people profile', her enormous capacity for work from 8 am to 2 am and her communicating with people, sending e-mails all over the world. She makes things happen.

ANGELA REID
- Director / Programme Manager

Angela is an IT Project and Programme Manager with SAP specific experience in multiple industry sectors.

Her current position is Consulting Programme/Project Manager for CHEP, managing their Global rollout of SAP into the Middle East and Africa.

Her early consulting experience was gained through the implementation of various IT and specifically SAP system developments.

Her SAP experience grew from the implementation of the FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) modules where she took the role of Integration Management and eventually the Project/Programme Management roles. She has also performed the role of Continuous Business Improvement Co-ordinator for one of the larger implementations.

Angela successfully completed delivery of one of the large mining resources SAP implementations in the position of Business Systems Manager, where she was responsible for the implementation from conceptualisation through to Programme Management and both the Business and SAP Consulting Project Management roles.
